2024-25 BPS Art Club Registration Form
Welcome to Art Club, where creativity flows in every stroke and thread!
Now open for boys and girls, grades K-1st Grade (as of Fall 2024).
When: Session 2, Club meets on the following Tuesdays: 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
Time: 2:35 – 3:30
Where: Ms. Ballard’s Room (Room 103)
Registration Fee: $25 is due NO LATER THAN September 27th.
Please submit paper registration forms to Thomas Sidebottom and include cash or a check made payable to Bardstown City Schools.

Come join the BPS Book Club! Love books? Love to do crafts? Love to make snacks? Then this is for YOU!
When: Session 2, Club meets on the following Tuesdays: 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
Time: 2:30-3:30pm
Where: BPS Media Center
Registration Fee: $25 is due NO LATER THAN September 27th.
Please submit paper registration forms to Danielle Cravens or Thomas Sidebottom and include cash or a check made payable to Bardstown City Schools.

*Please notify Ms. Danielle if your child has any food allergies. There will be no transportation provided after the club
concludes, so you must make arrangements to pick up your child. You must park and sign your student out with Ms. Danielle.
Pick up time is 3:30 in front of BPS. Please send a note in your child’s agenda on club days. They will not be allowed to stay
after school without a parent note.
